Certified Copy of proof of your identity for payments and transfers in

FES Super has relaxed the rules in regards to providing certified identification for payments.  For first-time payments to a bank account, you are required to provide a certified copy of your identification.  For all subsequent payments to the same bank account, you are NOT required to provide certified identification.

You are required to provide FES Super with a certified copy of your identification on each and every occasion where you seek to transfer money into the Fund.

You may be requested to provide a certified copy of your identification on occasions where FES Super requires you to prove you are the person to whom the superannuation entitlement belongs.

The proof of identity document provided should have photographic evidence of your identity and be dated within 7 days of your request for a payment or a transaction.
